- Calculators (energy savings, CEE premiums): email address and technical parameters entered (dimensions, temperatures, equipment) required to produce the result and the report sent to you.

5. Retention periods
Commercial requests: 3 years from the last contact. Calculator results: 3 years. Unsuccessful applications: 2 years after the decision. Cookies: 13 months maximum. Consent records: applicable legal retention period.
