Energy and financial optimization
The fabrics and insulating materials for our mattresses are carefully chosen and implemented to meet the challenge of optimal insulation for industrial networks: glass fabrics, silica felt, rock wool… Our insulating products adapt to temperatures ranging from 250°C to 1000°C. The materials are sewn in our company with Kevlar thread, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 3000°C.
Beyond our materials, it is primarily the “custom-made” nature of our products that allows for superior insulation and, consequently, energy savings. Industrial networks often present weaknesses in insulation, singular points, poorly contained thermal bridges, and confined spaces unsuitable for insulation… It is often difficult to install and handle “standard” insulating solutions in these areas.

Next, our design office works to find the most effective insulation solutions and suitable mattresses. If necessary, 3D modeling will be used to produce custom insulating parts. Dimensions, materials meeting insulation needs, fasteners: everything will be calibrated to meet the highest requirements in terms of thermal insulation, energy needs, and acoustic insulation.

Then it’s off to the sewing workshop to produce insulating mattresses and other equipment.
Finally, if required, our team will carry out on-site installation, even in the most demanding configurations, requiring the use of a cherry picker, for example. Our technicians can also assist your staff with the installation and handling of insulation blankets.
Of course, we also provide local after-sales service: we’re used to intervening quickly throughout France, including French overseas departments and territories.
