Industrial insulation mattresses
Choose Made in France quality
Calomatech makes insulating blankets for major French industrial companies. Focusing on short circuits, tailor-made solutions and quality control, our company meets the challenges of all industrial sectors with customized technical solutions.
Our thermal insulation blankets bring real added value to your industrial processes, from protecting your employees to saving energy (CEE certificates), from improving your networks to facilitating maintenance. Not forgetting, of course, fine-tuned heat management in your networks.
Simplify and optimize the insulation of your industrial networks
Tanks, valves, filters, pipes, taps, etc.: an industrial network is often complex. An industrial network is often complex, and traditional pipe insulation, particularly in aluminum cans, is often outdated, obsolete and expensive. As for singular points (valves, taps, filters, etc.), it’s these that generate most of the heat loss.
Our insulation solutions, based on semi-standard or custom-made mattresses produced in our sewing workshops in Normandy, represent a winning investment on more than one level.
safety and handling
A well-insulated industrial network is also a guarantee for your employees, not only in their day-to-day work but also when handling installations. Our design department has innovated by proposing flexible insulating mattresses or solutions that are easy to dismantle and adjust. A single person can handle our insulating mats quickly and without tools.
Their proven robustness protects personnel and the entire network from heat, cold, condensation, chemical attack, etc.
Energy and financial optimization
The insulating fabrics and materials used in our mattresses are carefully selected and implemented to meet the challenge of optimum insulation of industrial networks: glass cloth, silica felt, rock wool, etc. Our insulating products can withstand temperatures ranging from 250° C to 1000° C. The materials are sewn in-house with Kevlar thread that can withstand temperatures of up to 3000° C.
In addition to our materials, it’s above all the “tailor-made” nature of our products that makes for superior insulation and, consequently, energy savings. Industrial networks often present weaknesses in lagging, singular points, poorly-contained thermal bridges, confined spaces that are not conducive to insulation, and so on. It is often difficult to install and handle “lambda” insulating solutions.
And yet, thermal and/or organic fluids and other vapors are subject to problematic energy loss, both in terms of temperature and load, particularly when passing through valves.
With our insulation blankets, not only will your networks be more efficient, but your industrial company will also make substantial savings: on average, a poorly insulated valve represents a loss of more than 500 euros a year. Imagine the savings on an entire network: pipes, tanks, valves, compensators, flanges, etc.
Calomatech: tailor-made support from A to Z for all industrial sites
The strength of our company, which produces insulating mattresses for industry, lies in our multi-disciplinary team, which covers all the needs of personalized support.
From initial contact through to after-sales service, we manage the entire production chain, providing industrial companies with a high level of service and support that is rare in France.
Our design office and sewing workshop have accumulated solid experience in producing insulation solutions for all industrial sectors: petrochemicals, aerospace, automotive, aeronautics, pharmaceuticals, etc.
our vision of industrial siolation: top-of-the-range service
Industrial thermal insulation using insulating blankets has become a strategic issue for industrial companies.
Aware of this challenge, we have developed a quality service covering every stage of the process.
From the very first contact, you’ll be assured of personalized follow-up: we don’t involve any outside contractors. Our qualified staff can visit you on site to assess your needs and problems, as well as taking temperature readings and providing quotations, culminating in a personalized technical estimate. Our team has undergone the appropriate training to operate on SEVESO sites, and holds N1 and N2 authorizations (for outside operations on industrial sites, chemical or petrochemical plants).
the design office: a tailor-made service
Our design office then works to find the most effective insulation solutions and the right mattresses. If required, 3D models can be used to produce tailor-made insulation parts. Dimensions, materials to meet insulation needs, fasteners, etc.: everything will be calibrated to meet the customer’s specific requirements. everything will be calibrated to meet the most demanding thermal insulation and energy requirements.
We’ll send you a precise, personalized proposal. Don’t hesitate to call on our specialized CEE department to manage the premium files, thereby reducing the final invoice.
Made in France
Then it’s off to the sewing workshop to produce insulating mattresses and other equipment.
Finally, if required, our team will carry out on-site installation, even in the most demanding configurations, requiring the use of a cherry picker, for example. Our technicians can also assist your staff with the installation and handling of insulation blankets.
Of course, we also provide local after-sales service: we’re used to intervening quickly throughout France, including French overseas departments and territories.
CEE
Industrial insulation mattresses: eligible for CEE (Certificat d’Économie d’Énergie) premiums
The Certificat d’Économie d’Énergie, also known as the “prime d’énergie”, is a contribution from the French government to industrial insulation work, meeting specific conditions for industrial energy savings.
Not only do all our products and insulating blankets meet the insulation requirements, but our staff will manage your CEE claim for you.
Get in touch with us quickly to test the quality of our service, find a solution to your insulation worries and, why not, come and visit our insulation mattress manufacturing company.
